Optometrist, EYE PHYSICIANS AND SURGEONS

Dr. Brandon Stalzer is a current member of the American Optometric Association, and the Iowa Optometric Association.  Dr Stalzer is commited to helping patients achieve their best vision and ocular health.  He specializes in diabetes, glaucoma, macular degeneration, contact lenses and glasses.  Helping in emergency situations, such as red eyes and foreign body removal are some of Brandon’s areas of expertise.   In addition, Dr. Stalzer enjoys pre and post-operative evaluations. 

Dr. Stalzer grew up in central Iowa.   He attended the University of Iowa and in 2004, he received his optometry degree from the Illinois College of Optometry in Chicago. He was honored with membership into the Beta Sigma Kappa honor society and Tomb & Key honor fraternity while there.  After optometry school, Dr. Stalzer moved back to the Iowa City area where he enjoys the outdoors, coaching, traveling and spending time with his wife Michelle, and two children, Ava and Hudson.
